Alterations & refunds
All of our custom-made products are hand-made and
individually tailored for each customer so that we
can offer a perfect fit to every customer. In order
to satisfy all our clients, if it does not fit
perfectly, we will pay for the required alterations
(see alterations policy) or send a new one. We will
not give up until it fits perfectly. However,
SKUShopping will not refund the paid amount in any
case.
SKUShopping will send a new product in the
following situations:
● | The chosen fabric does not match with the
received fabrics (Note: Differences due to
screen effects are not considered for
replacement, fabric color can vary between
5-10%). |
● | The suit configuration does not match with
your order. |
It is important to note that the measurements
included on the profile are body measurements, not
garment sizes. Based on the measurements taken from
your profile, our tailors estimate your final
measures. Therefore, body measurements cannot be
compared with garment measures in order to identify
possible deviations.
The alterations process is the following:
1, Contact with greatcare4u@aliyun.com or website message below to our customer service department within 7 days
after the delivery date.
2, After our approval, send the garment by
regular post.
Shipping and delivery time
The delivery time is vary of the item (whether
the items are custom-made or not) add shipping time
of the chosen
shipping method.
If all the items in your order is not custom
made, we will ship out your paid orders within 1-2
working days.
SKUShopping tailors all garments inapproximately
2-3 weeks.
The shipping time is dependent
on the shipping method you choose:
1, free air mail:
around 14-25 working days;
2, EMS: around 5-7 working
days;
3, UPS/DHL not remote area: around 2-4 working days.
However, SKUShopping cannot be responsible for possible
delays since the shipping service is offered by
third parties (post office, DHL or UPS).
SKUShopping subcontracts carriers and, therefore,
when the package is in charge of the carrier the
only information we have access to is what appears
on the carrier website (such as the tracking
number).
SKUShopping will not be held liable for events or
circumstances beyond our control. SKUShopping will
not take responsibility for any
human/mechanical/technical errors, shipment delays,
courses of nature, custom procedures or lack of
availability of the customer at the time of
delivery.
All purchases made through SKUShopping include a
shipment contract and when the order is in the carrier´s hands the carrier is responsible for it.
Customs
Since our tailors are located in Shanghai,
destination customs may keep the package on hold for
inspection and may be liable to pay for import fees.
Accessories
Accessories (ties, cufflinks, belts, and
neckerchiefs) will only be refunded if the received
model has defects or does not match with the order.
Modifications / Cancellations
As order modifications we understand: changes in
style, measurements or fabrics and adding / removing
items from your order. If our tailors are already
tailoring your order, modifications will not be
accepted.
An order can only be cancelled before payment made.
If you want to modify your order, contact us and
we will inform you of your order status to establish
whether it is possible.
An unpaid order will be deleted from our database
after several days.
